American History in Video:  Video footage of important events in US History.  Includes documentaries, news footage, interviews and more.

Our Documents: Images of 100 crucial texts of United States. The Tools for Educators page (linked on the right of the site) offers numerous lessons plans, classroom activities and other ideas for incorporating these documents into curriculum.

Perry-Casteñeda Library Map Collection: An extensive global map collection with an additional focus on Austin, Travis County, and Texas.  

National Geographic Magazine Archive: Imagery, ads and texts from National Geographic magazines, for the years 1888 to 1994.

PBS Learning Media:  Video, images, and multimedia lesson plans using primary sources for teaching standards. Limiters on the left allow advanced searching by grade, subject, and type.
