Remember that you cannot share images with others outside of your institution. Images cannot be posted to an openly accessible website, for example.
Class Folders
- Folders can be created for class sharing with different levels of functionality.

Email or Canvas
- Each image or image group can be shared using a permanent URL.
- From the main menu Share->Generate Image Group URL or Share->Generate Image URL.
- The link can then be copied and pasted into an email to be shared with others at UT.
Academic Publishing: IAP Icon
- Some images are associated with the icon, IAP, which means they may be used for academic publishing.
