Employer Research - International Students

Work-Visa Sponsorship:

As an international student, you might want to know whether the company you are applying for, sponsors work visa or not. For this purpose, you can navigate through the website myvisajobs.com to target employers with a history of filing work visas.

Employers with E-Verify Enrollment:

  • Make sure that company you are applying for is enrolled in E-Verify which is a federal system that allows employers to determine whether new hires have a legal right to work in the U.S.
  • E-Verify enrollment is also mandatory for employers who want to extend OPT for their F1 visa employees (OPT STEM Extension).

  • This information can be found on USCIS website by using E-Verify Employers Search Tool.
