Latin@ Presses in the U.S.

The following map shows the different independent Latin@ presses in the United States, with one in Canada. Gerald A. Padilla of Latinobookreview.com compiled the data for this mapping project, and his criteria for inclusion was the following: 1) The press must be Latino focused or have a high number of Latino authors, 2) Must be currently active, 3) Must have a website and 4) Must have a minimum of at least 5 books published. Users can click on the orange dots to learn more about each press.

Many thanks to Gerald A. Padilla for compiling the list and LLILAS Benson's Digital Scholarship Coordinator, Albert Palacios for his technological expertise.
