Whenever I'm in a database, I look for the advanced search. They allow you to get specific and make flexible keyword strategies.
Now, can you narrow your results more?
Think about what kind of publication you want to check - each type of publication will have a different kind of information.
Also think about the discipline - those have different perspectives, too. A business publication will have a very different perspective than a sociology or linguistics publication. Who is writing this info and for what audience?
