WinHTTrack is the windows release of the software HTTrack. HTTrack is a freeware utility used to download web content from the internet and make it available for offline browser.  HTTrack creates a local directory containing replicas of all the content stored on your website, including images, code, text, and video.  It allows you to create your own archive structure for this content, or it can maintain the file structure used in the website itself.  Furthermore you can update your offline site easily if new content becomes available.

You can download WinHTTrack here.
