TimelineJS is an open-source platform created by Knight Lab that allows you to create interactive digital timelines using Google Sheets. It enables you to embed various types of media, such as images, maps, sound, and videos from YouTube or Vimeo to present research about a particular time, place, and/or historical event(s). You can add text to accompany your media entries along the timeline, allowing users to navigate back and forth between your content.
