Methods & Protocols

About

This is a guide for finding information and access to methods and protocols.

What is a protocol?

A protocol is a resource developed in a lab setting for walking yourself and others through the precise steps of your experimental process. Protocols and methods not only allow you to refine your process over time but also enable other researchers to understand and repeat your process. Key to the biological sciences, protocols can be read like a recipe. These documents may be formally published or may live in a repository as a preprint.
