UGS 303: Social Scientific Imagination / Auyero

Welcome.

What we will cover

Your final project asks you to:

Choose a topic

Find one or more newspaper articles (from specific newspapers)

Find five peer reviewed sources from the social sciences

This guide and our session will be devoted to these deliverables as well as defining what peer review is and how to read scholarly sources.

If you need assistance after our time together, I'm here the entire semester. Use the contact information at right, or use our chat www.lib.utexas.edu/ask for very quick responses, especially after 5pm and on weekend.
