Finding journals at the PMA Library

Journals are shelved in alphabetical order by exact title. Journals are split between the entry and second levels of the library.

Journal Abbreviations

Journal title abbreviations are shorthand commonly used to refer to journal titles in citations or other places where a short form of a title is desired.

For example, Astronomical Journal is commonly abbreviated as Astron. J.

If you don’t see a .pdf of the article you want, click Find it to find it in another database or in print in the Libraries.

If it is only in print in the Libraries or we don’t own the article, click Get scan to have the article emailed to you. This option will take a few days.
