In this first search, I am trying to find more articles that present research. I know researchers use words like cut or reduce.

In the second search, I am eliminating all words that get at reduce because I am learning people are concerned with sustainability and consumption and measuring those aspects. I am also learning people write about a lot of different geographical areas.

In this last search, I realized that ONE way to get at more sustainable meat consumption is to create and market substitutes for meat, some of which are labgrown. That is one proposed solution.
