UGS 302 - Being Social - Curley

Home

In Class

To do on your own: Open the sample source and read through for a couple of minutes - you won't be able to read the whole thing, but you can read the abstract and get an idea of what the source is about, and think about what evidence the author used. Use Google if you need help finding out more about the article. Notice the structure of the article and any characteristics about the article that you want to discuss with your group.

With your table, discuss the following questions:

  1. What kind of source is this? What would you call it?

  2. What characteristics of the source made you think this?

  3. What evidence did the authors use to create this article?

  4. What else is interesting about this source?

Then we'll talk about this as a class.
