Through a subscription to the Linguistics Data Consortium, UT students, faculty and staff have access to all LDC corpora released in  in 2017 and later and dozens of LDC corpora released previously. 

How do I access LDC Corpora?  

1. First create an LDC account which prompts us to upgrade it to a UT authorized User account.
2. Search or browse the LDC Catalog to identify corpora of interest and click the LDC Corpus number for more information.
3. Look to the bottom left of each catalog entry to see if it is available as a download.
4. In some cases you may need to sign an individual user license prior to access.

Data Management Help from LDC 

"Using Data provides essential information about 'unpacking' LDC corpora, extracting files and otherwise putting data to work. Licensing and User Agreements explain LDC's simple, time-tested license model and the easy steps for compliance. Providing Data contains information and resources about the corpus submissions process for those interested in sharing data through the LDC Catalog. Preserving Data details the core elements of LDC's preservation plan. Data Management Plans explains how LDC assists researchers in developing and implementing project-specific data management plans.
