Finding Unpublished Tests in Books

There isn't one easy way to find tests included in books. It's more of a treasure hunt!

Google Books is a good place to get started.  Try typing in your keywords and then add this to the end of your search string: scale OR inventory OR measure OR instrument OR survey

Some results will simply be discussions of instruments or citations that may lead you to an instrument, but you'll also find some books and dissertations that include the measures. If Google helps you discover a book you'd like to use, check our Library Catalog to see if we own a copy.  If we do not, you can place a request through Interlibrary Services, and we'll borrow it from another library.
