Here is a brief list of criticism for music, tv, theatre, film and art. Critics write for newspapers and magazines. They write reviews at the time a work is released. They typically situate the work within a larger context within the field - so, a film critic may consider a director's body of work, or how they were influenced by films that came before.
Unless otherwise obvious, I recommend you search any of these for any type of criticism.
This is best to search when you have chosen an artist or work because the articles are specific.
SOMEtimes www.lib.utexas.edu is a good first stop (limit to reviews under Resource Type on results page), but sometimes it's messy, FYI.
