Citation manager software provides a place to collect and organize citations, and to add in the full-text. Also, the software helps with formatting the notes and bibliography once you begin writing your paper.
There are options. Some require a purchase, some are free but require a fee for additional storage, and some are just free (but be sure and check the features). Follow the link to Research Organization with Citation Managers (below) for information from the Libraries about good options.
What is best for this class? We recommend Zotero. It's freely available and has documentation to support your work. (Store PDFs locally to avoid Cloud storage fees.)
