Health Equity

MedEdPORTAL is a MEDLINE-indexed, open-access journal of teaching and learning resources in the health professions. MedEdPORTAL publications are stand-alone, complete teaching or learning modules that have been implemented and evaluated with medical or dental trainees or practitioners. Search "health equity" or other relevant term to return a list of publications.

The Health Equity Curricular Toolkit was championed by the Health Equity Team of Family Medicine for America’s Health and inspired by the Starfield II Health Equity Summit. Developed by almost 40 content experts and educators in health equity across the United States and Canada, this toolkit provides a structured curricular tool to facilitate exploration the topic.

This curriculum was developed by the Council on Resident Education in Obstetrics and Gynecology.

This curriculum was "designed to fill a gap in health equity education for surgery and anesthesia residents to better serve patients."
