The purpose of the Transgender and Gender-Diverse Community Advisory Board (CAB) is to ensure that research in transgender and gender-diverse communities in the Austin area is informed by members of those communities. The CAB is comprised of a diverse group of 7 transgender and gender non- conforming Austinites, funded through 2021 by the UT Pop-Up Institute on Sexual and Gender-Diverse Health and Wellness.
