OnRamps access to UT Library resources

What access do I have?

Affiliation with the OnRamps program allows for a UT Extension EID which will allow you off campus (remote) access to nearly all of our databases and the subscriptions held within. You also have off campus access to the ebooks in our collection. Due to licensing agreements with certain vendors, some databases and ebooks are only available here on the UT Austin campus. You will see a note, “Available On Campus Only” designating you will not be allowed to access the material remotely.

If you are having trouble with off campus access to our materials, you will likely be able to diagnose the issue here: https://guides.lib.utexas.edu/c.php?g=990194&p=7163277

If your access troubles persist, you must contact the OnRamps help desk.

You also have full access to a free citation manager, NoodleTools.

Please note that your EID will not allow you to use Ask a Librarian chat services.
