Logging in to PubMed

A "My NCBI" account allows you to save searches, set up alerts, save collections of citations, and set unique preferences. You can use your institutional login (your UT EID) to set up this account. 

1. Go to the PubMed homepage

2. Click "Log in" in the top right-hand corner. 

3. Chose "more login options".

4. Search for and click on the "University of Texas at Austin" hyperlink.

5. Login with your UT EID and password.
