Example: Form S-1 or registration statements are documents released by companies with their initial public offering or IPO.
Mergent Online contains copies of corporate filings released to the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) by publicly traded companies. Mergent has reformatted these documents making them available in .PDF, EXCEL & Word format.
This resources only works with Internet Explorer, popup blockers must be turned off, and only 15 users at a time can log in. Users must also click on the IE settings "gear,", click on "Compatibility View Settings," and add thomsonone.com to the list of websites.
