SEC Filings

Public companies will often post recent SEC filings or several years worth of annual reports for shareholders on their websites in the following areas:
  • Investors
  • Investor Relations
  • Financials

U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission Filings (SEC)

Mergent provides access to reformatted SEC documents. This resource allows you to search for specific SEC forms, such as, Form S-1 or registration statements which are documents released by companies with their initial public offering or IPO.

Example Search: Current and Historical 10K filings.

Step 1. Company Name or Ticker Symbol

Step 2. Select a date range

Step 3. Select type of filing, example 10K

Step 4. Click Search

 

Mergent Online contains copies of corporate filings released to the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) by publicly traded companies. Mergent has reformatted these documents making them available in .PDF, EXCEL & Word format.
  1. Search using company name or ticker symbol
  2. Select the Filings Tab
