Article Link Not Working

If you receive a "not found" error via a publisher (e.g. EBSCO) or a generic 404 error message, here's how you can track down the article.

  1. Make note of the citation information from the results page. In the example screenshot below, the red box indicates the information needed to find the article: publication title, year, issue number, and page number.
  2. Click the Journal link at the top of the page to switch to the Journal search.

  1. Enter the publication title you just noted to find your journal.
  2. After clicking on the resulting journal, navigate using your citation to locate the article.
