EndNote

Getting Started

EndNote is a commercially developed and maintained product.  That means that there is a charge to buy the desktop version of the software (the less powerful web version is free) but also that the Clarivate, the company behind the software, provides user guides and help.

  • Desktop. EndNote is designed as a desktop product, with a mobile option.  If you are away from your usual access to EndNote, you may log in to the EndNote Online for desktop users and collect citations to be transferred later to your EndNote library.  Sign up through your desktop software and then log in at myendnoteweb.com.
