Because the PMA/Engineering Library is part of the Patent and Trademark Resource Center Program (PTRCP), library staff receive training from the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office and promise to share the information with others. Please contact us or staff at another Resource Center Library when you have questions. We can't provide legal assistance but will try to point you to available resources. An on-site visit isn't necessary.
